If you are a summer student or are looking for short term accommodation, this suite is partially furnished with a single bed, desk and lamp. It includes it's own private walk out front patio. The suite also includes all utilities, shared laundry and TV cable. The suite does not have an oven, but includes a hot plate, toaster oven and microwave. The bathroom is a three piece, with sink, toilet and shower stall.
	It is approximately a 7 minute walk to the University of Victoria and is on a bus route and close to shopping.
No Pets, No Smoking and does not include parking for a vehicle. There is on street parking, but is limited during the week due to signage.
