	Our bachelor suite is a 7 minute walk to the University of Victoria. It includes all utilities, TV cable and shared laundry facilities. The suite has a separate entrance and is partially furnished with single bed, desk and lamp. The kitchen has a microwave, hotplate and toaster oven. The bathroom is a three piece, includes shower stall. It is within walking distance to all amenities, bank, grocery store and video store. There is no parking available, but is on direct bus line to downtown and UVIC. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.
The suite is currently rented: Monthly: $600.00 Please email for more details and to reserve Tanya@mecomputerworks.com Deposit of $300 will reserve for a future vacancy. Please note: Tenant must be pet friendly. We have two dogs and three cats all friendly, but can be loose in the yard, which is how you would have to enter your suite.
